EP LUB

Application

• EP LUB reduces the flow resistance of the drilling fluid and the friction coefficient of filter cake, reduces TOB and increases HHP to prevent sticking.
  
• EP LUB is completely water-dispersible, making them good for reducing friction coefficient and torque in a variety of water-based drilling fluid systems, such as freshwater, seawater and saltwater. It is especially used in horizontal wells and highly deviated wells.
  
• EP LUB effectively overcomes the insufficient lubricity of ordinary lubricants. Under high load conditions, it has better extreme pressure and anti-wear effect, which can form a stronger extreme pressure lubricating film on the surface of metal drilling tools to protect the drilling tool, extend the life of the drill bit, reduce the torque of the drill rods, increase the drilling speed and reduce the possibility of differential sticking. EP LUB also reduces the wear on the drill pipe and drill bit, greatly improving drilling efficiency.
